Looks much, much better than Dark Shadows premiere. Her dress is by Michael Kors.

That is a Michael Kors dress? I would never have guessed that. I'm starting to think like others do, she had a falling out with Armani or something.

I'm glad she is speaking out a tiny bit about what is going on in the world, but you can tell she was very careful in what she said, as to not piss off Trump supporters and people like that. I say, screw 'em! They are the minority. Drag Trump and his cult to hell, Pfeiffer!

92% on Rotten Tomatoes so far and 86 on Metacritic but still a few positive reviews still to be added.

I'm shocked and very happy this is getting very good reviews. But {SPOILER! CLICK ME IF YOU DARE!}I'm just so damn pissed that Pfeiffer's role seems to be rather small(which I expected) and doesn't have much depth to it, according to some. I could live with a small role, as long as the character has some meat to it, makes sense, gives her something to work with, but this sounds like a missed opportunity. Some Pfan you are, Aronofsky, Lol.

This is such a good looking group of folks, Lol. And by the way, if you want to paste a Getty Images picture, like when you right click on it and "copy the image address" you can paste it even without the.jpg at the end and it will still show up embedded here when you paste the address in the "insert image" option above above

Love how she looks on the red carpet. Agree, much better than the Dark Shadows outfit, and I don't miss the understated Armani styles she used to favor.
I am trying to avoid spoilers but did peek at a few reviews, enough to know that her role is definitely supporting, which is ok - the parts seems edgy and dark and fun. I can see her doing a lot with it - her motor is definitely running in that clip with Lawrence. I can't stop watching it. Won't be able to judge fully, though, until I see the film.

Catching up with everything finally. She is so beautiful it is nuts. Both ladies looking amazing and Javier too. Screendaily review is the best one for her right? Think I saw most of them but that one stood out. This will probably not be her next OSCAR nomination but that is alright. I have a feeling her role of a lifetime will be here soon......

Yes I think she looks much better here in this Michael Kors black/gold dress than the Dark Shadows one, her makeup was also a bit weird back then, basically just doesn't quite look like her. Miss the Armani time when she was wearing his design in every big/small events, but the world has changed, I hope she will build up a new relationship with another good designer too.

A vid from couple of guys who review online via YouTube. I mainly only have seen their trailer reaction reviews, but they somehow made it into the press screening for mother! n sing it's praises in this vid...I'm only posting cuz it's the first time I hear anything really extensive bout Michelle's performance. They're kind of a silly pair, but they LOVED Michelle in this!! Skip to 6:40 for Michelle mention www.youtube.com/watch?v=araEJI8Lt7U

Variety's Guy Lodge wrote a piece on mother!'s Oscar chances n singles out Michelle "As for the performances, the resurgent Michelle Pfeiffer may represent the film’s best shot at a nod in the top categories. Her wicked, uncanny turn as a houseguest from hell is the most vivid screen work she’s done since 2002’s “White Oleander,” and after several years out of the spotlight, voters might be ready to welcome back the three-time nominee, even if they don’t take to the film overall. (If a determined Diane Ladd could land a supporting nomination for an auteur film as out-there as “Wild at Heart” 27 years ago, after all, it’s possible.)" variety.com/2017/film/in-contention/mother-jennifer-lawrence-darren-aronofsky-oscars-1202548756/#respond

A win is hopeless at this point, but I would LOVE the academy to give her a nomination. I think it would only make her more hungry moving forward.

It's been too damn long. And damn you, Guy Lodge for getting my hopes up again! Do we know if she's going to be at the London premiere today??

Oh, and you know what else would really help her out? Releasing 'WHERE IS KYRA?' THIS FALL so she can get more rave reviews and exposure!

I liked her Venice dress, she looked beautiful, like a true star. It's nice she getting good reviews too! Whether it's for this film or not she has a Oscar in her future. I'm still excited for this, and this faze she's currently in her career. Let's just hope the best is yet to come.....

My dream/fantasy, n I know it prob won't be more than that, is that the fading buzz surrounding Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool following bland reviews of the film makes way for a last minute slot for Where is Kyra? Michelle's buzz surrounding mother! certainly could help LOL

Lucky. Well, I hope you like it at least, Lol. I don't think I'm going to enjoy it much. As for your dream about 'Where is Kyra?', I certainly share the same hope, I mean, they still haven't announced anything, so maybe they are still weighing options.

I don't think Pfeiffer is going to be at this premiere, Lawrence just arrived and they probably would have had Pfeiffer go before her.
