Good to see she's still filming. I imagine most of her scenes have been filmed in the studio which is why we've not seen many set photos of her. I wonder if this will be her last few days on set with her upcoming MOTOE promotion starting.

I imagine they'll be doing the old CGI de-age trick on these clearly 80's inspired scenes.

I'm chomping at the bit for an official pic of her all suited up!!

There is a movie car chase scene scheduled to be filmed on Monday 13Nov17 in Jackson Square SF. The movie is not specified. But this is the same place where previous Ant-Man car chase was filmed a couple of months ago. My Street will be blocked. Hope she will be there.

Pretty incredible how busy she is and who would have ever thought she'd campaign for awards (doing the LA Times roundtable) while she is also still working on a film. It's like a totally different Pfeiffer, Lol.

Right?! Gone are the days of random shots of her at a sports event or do,one out of a concert. She's a real working Hollywood actress again!!

Is it greedy that I already want news of a new project? I hope she has something else lined up for next year.

It's not greedy. I want news too. I feel confident that all this talk of her never retiring n not stopping means that something new is on the horizon

Not greedy at all. It's a shame that there doesn't appear to be a role for an older actress in the new Tarantino. Unless it's really small. She came so close to being in Pulp Fiction and he is a fan of hers, I'd love for him to write a great part for her.
I could see Pfeiffer taking next year off unless she gets an offer that she just can't say no to. Since 'Where is Kyra?' is now 2018 along with Ant-Man, she might be okay with just doing promotion for those and waiting to film something after her obligations to those flms are done. And I'm really hoping a lot of people get to see 'Kyra', especially industry people and they are blown away and want to cast her in more dramatic, dark stuff. But I'm really not high on its box office prospects, I think it will most likely come and go and be forgotten quickly, sadly. Hope I'm wrong.

Given that Paladin are pretty much unknown I don't really have much hope for Kyra at the box office. It would be good if they distributed alongside a more well known distributor.
I can see Michelle doing a TV project at some point. I would like to see if her in a leading role in a studio film.

Enough money to make back its small cost, get critical acclaim and win a couple of random awards along the way would make me happy,..

Yes, babyface, I'm optimistic and ,if the roles are good, it's enough for me, apart from awards, etc. that she deserves, of course.
Oscars and awards are, a lot of times, are undeserved. People like Michelle, Glen Close, Sigourney Weaver, Debra Winger, Isabelle Huppert, hasn't won Oscar and others like Julia Roberts, Penelope Cruz and Emma Stone have won Oscar, unfair

Official confirmation from the director, Peyton Reed:
I'm actually looking forward to this, even if I haven't seen the first one yet. Waiting for the next project now... hopefully she won't make us wait too long.

Although I think a little more linear with some more narrative wouldn't be the worst thing. I think that actresses like Huppert, Stewart (even though she's younger) and Bening are doing such interesting films that truly feel cinematic. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad major studios like Fox, Marvel/Disney and Paramount still consider her A-list enough to cast her, and I like the work she has done for them this year. However there's another area of filmmaking from people like Olivier Assayas and Paolo Sorrentino that is truly cinematic with roles written by ppl who LOVE actors!! My hope is that she can find a place where sher can exist in both those worlds.

Waiting for the next project now... hopefully she won't make us wait too long. Watch it!! Even if you aren't a Marvel/superhero in general fan, it's still really good fun!! Also, it's pretty self-contained...u don't need to know any backstory or look out for a spider-man cameo...it works as it's own story. Good pace, good effects, great cast, funny jokes and overall, pretty entertaining
