Pfeiffer looked amazing in that shot of her when they showed David after his show won for directing. They're sitting RIGHT NEXT to Nicole Kidman...someone take a picture of them together, damn it!

Anyone of you think Michelle looks little bit tired today? She looks pretty as always though but just the eyes look kinda tired.
p.s. I'm heart broken.

She could also be tired from filming Ant-Man. If she describes her character as kicking ass, I imagine that might be tiring to shoot.

Wizard of Lies lost every category it was nominated in. Oh, well. I was kind of thinking that would happen.

It's the age of the miniseries (aka still really a series)...actual movies like Wizard of Lies and Henrietta Lacks r a dying breed...sadness

Aww sad she lost though exciting that she was nominated for major award again. Too long since her last plus she looked fabulous.

Bummed but not too much that she lost. The competition was stiff and Laura Dern, in my opinon, was a lot of fun on BLL. Hopefully, this nomination can mean that the Pfeiffer-asance (Is that what we call it?) extends to TV as well. I am quite entertained by the prospect of seeing Michelle holding an Emmy. You guys think she'll get the icing on the cake for her Wizard of Lies performance, i.e. Golden Globe and SAG nominations?

A shame she didn't get the emmy, but at least she looked stunning and was recognised for a great performance. Onwards and upwards!!

I wasn't a fan of Dern's performance but I am still thrilled that Michelle was nominated. It was wonderful to see her sitting in the front row of a major awards show too with both her and David nominated. She looked stunning to me by the way.

SAG awards do not have a supporting actress category for TV movie or mini-series, so she'd have to be submitted in lead and as we know, this year is STACKED so I don't see her getting in there. And the Golden Globes, they have a supporting actress category, but they combine the regular TV series, limited series or motion picture made for television contenders in one category, so that would be very tough for her to get in as well.

She was sitting next to her friend Nicole Kidman, she was at an event with former co-stars and friends like Sarandon, Lange, Elisabeth Moss, Robin Wright, Stanley Tucci and many others and there are ZERO pictures of her with any of them. Damn it. And she actually went to the HBO after-party where a lot of stars mingled and there's only a picture of her with an HBO executive, Lol. Oh well, at least she actually went so I shouldn't complain too much :-)

They are both so magnetic on screen.
