Michelle has been trending because of her Catwoman scene showing her whipping off the 4 Mannequin heads and skipping off all in one take seems to have resurfaced.

Love the Town And Country article and the photos. A real throwback to old-time Hollywood glamour and star power. And we got more than 100 words too. So rare. Thanks for posting.

The Guardian needs a recount.
Did the person who compiled this actually watch all / any of her films?
Jeez.

Weird list. Ant-Man and the Wasp, like seriously? They put William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on the list and Murder on the Orient Express, but no mention of Where is Kyra? and The Wizard of Lies which I think are far better movies and Michelle was really good in both, especially Where is Kyra? I even feel like One Fine Day works better as a film than A Midsummer ... Of course that's just my personal opinion

I find it hilarious and highly suspect that this list came from Peter Bradshaw who is such a fussy critic on the best of days lol

Just seen the Guardian list of Michelle's films. The fact they have MOTOE and Ant Man and the Wasp instead of What Lies Beneath and One Fine Day is ridiculous.

In David related news, an Ally Mcbeal revival is actually happening. He will be exec producer but not showrunner. Calista will be back. Now I'll have he theme song in my head the rest of the day.

Didn't Jane make some comment about the weight of all the women on the show during an acceptance speech for 30 Rock? I've seen her say many nice things about Ally and Calista though, so maybe she meant no real harm, but the body size of all the women on Ally was a big talking point years ago and I think Portia wrote about it in her book too.

I still find it amazing that David wrote practically every episode of Ally McBeal and The Practice at their peaks.

An avatar of Pfeiffer's Catwoman appears in the trailer for Space Jam: A New Legacy. Also included is DeVito's Penguin, Nicholson's Joker and a number of Adam West era iterations.
Not really Pfeiffer news, but still a neat tip of the hat.

The one awards body (golden globes) that actually loved Michelle and nominated her a lot is now defunct? Of course. Lol.

CIAK, an important Italian film magazine has launched a survey called "the stars of our life". the cinephile people expressed themselves in large numbers with about 150.000 votes in order to vote for the favorite stars of all time in various categories ... well, our beloved michelle, to my great surprise, came FIRST (30% of the votes) in the survey among international stars born in the range between 1945/1965 ... truly a surprising result considering that second was placed meryl streep (21%), third nicole kidman (20%), fourth julia roberts (15%) and fifth Jodie Foster (13%)! Italy loves Michelle much more than I thought !!!😁😁😁😁

Richard Donner, director of ladyhawke, is dead, who knows if michelle will remember him on instagram

Not sure why she doesn't acknowledge the deaths of people she has worked with publicly. She didn't even release a statement when Demme passed either, although she has mentioned him since. It's pretty much impossible that she doesn't know in this day and age and I'm sure her publicist keeps her aware of such things. Didn't she always say nice things about Donner in interviews too?
