Love stucco and those Spanish style roofs!! So classic!! Really wish I could see the house when it’s done before it’s sold (if they sell it) but no chance I know lol

I wonder if one of the construction workers tipped off the paparazzi that she would be there at that exact time, Lol.

Really wish I could see the house when it’s done before it’s sold (if they sell it) but no chance I know lol It looks much better than that Y shaped house that we wrongly thought was her new place. I think this actually might be their "forever home" and they will keep it for their main residence. I think they are just using that ugly outdated home until this new one is done with renovations.

They were neighbors in Brentwood, now neighbors in Pacific Palisades. Also, that's not exactly social distancing.

Hmm well 1983 was the year of Scarface. Maybe she was already locked into that role. We all know how long and hard she fought for it and how long shooting lasted. Maybe she just couldn’t do both

Interesting that Geffen says Pfeiffer has "always regretted" turning it down, when I have never seen her mention that when she's been asked about regretting turning down past roles.

I find it hard to believe that Pfeiffer regrets turning down 'Risky Business'. Surely the nudity and sex scenes alone would make her balk. Perhaps it was her agent pushing for it after the failure of 'Grease 2'.
Anyway, I think she got the more interesting part with Elvira and the more interesting screen partner in Al Pacino. Win Win.

Several high-profile, big name projects are being marketing at Cannes (virtually) but nothing with Michelle's name attached - anywhere .
Wasn't it about this time a year ago when we first heard about Turn Of Mind? That seems to another one that will never get past the announcement phase. What a shame.
Meanwhile, Julianne Moore just signed on for another film project playing some sort of con artist.
Where oh where is Pfeiffer?

I'm not expecting to hear of a new Michelle project until things have calmed down. In other news Michael Keaton is in talks to reprise the role of Batman in The Flash movie

I think Moore is producing that project with her husband Bart Freundlisch

Please let Michelle drop that exposition-spouting nothingness of a part that is Janet Van Dyne and have her return to glory with Michael Keaton as Selina Kyle.
I don't care how they do it, I just hope WB can make it happen. Throw all the money her way. I'd rather have this than ANT-MAN 3 any day.

The most interesting part for an actress over 60 is probably "Life of Polly", which is set at Amazon Studios. The character is supposed to be 68 years old.

This critic and film journalist says Keaton is in talks to be Batman in The Flash but also be Batman in a Batman Beyond film in 2023. Also says Keaton wants Burton to be involved and that Pfeiffer has had discussions about playing Catwoman again, but those talks were before this Keaton news and is not sure if it's still being discussed. No treatment or script yet. www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1Twu89mVj8

Not sure if this is the right section, I tried to look for something like a random interviews thread but could not find any - if the location is not correct please feel free Admin to delete or rearrange. This was posted a week ago from Bobbie Wygan archive YT channel, thought of sharing in case some may have not seen it already. Interview around the time of Ladyhawke, she is amazingly gorgeous. Wish Wygant would also post the one she did during The Witches of Eastwick a couple of years later with Michelle, Sarandon and Cher:
Loved that she briefly lost her concentration as she put it in the beginning lol - some of the questions she has been asked in interviews are terrible btw and some downright rude, no wonder one loses their concentration.
Wygant YT channel also posted this one during Married to the Mob a month ago, just in case some may have not seen it already, here:
Love what she says here at one point, that actors are more comfortable playing other people than being themselves so when the time comes during interviews that they are required to talk about "themselves" of course it is very odd, not to mention uncomfortable. Absolutely pfabulous Michelle here, as always!

Quite funny to see this after what she said at the Golden Globe awards in 1990 about her experience of working in Russia during The Russia House: "Interesting. Interesting." - love her humor!

Some last few candy pearls, but I am happy to continue posting these candy pearls if I am allowed to in this section
At the 1989 Academy Award Ball - love the quick polite glance she gives to the snoopy camera:
1989 Academy Awards red carpet:
Red carpet arrivals Oscars 1990, at 4:33:
.... and quite possibly the worst interview ever, certainly one of the worst that she had to endure, no wonder she never enjoyed the experience with rude people like this one asking intrusive rude and stupid Qs!
...however, love her cheeky humour at the end "..On their drool or something else?"

The Oscar videos are depressing because it reminds me how long it's been since she's been a nominee.

Several of these video interviews were new to me, so THANK YOU, Cherry (and welcome to the board - sorry I'm so late) for sharing them with us.
Michelle has a nice off-camera rapport with the Dallas interviewer although they seem to be from different planets.
